Other Nasonex side effects include problems in those who may have tuberculosis, glaucoma, cataracts, herpes simplex of the eye, or open wounds within the nasal passage.
When used in children it is possible that Nasonex can disrupt the body's growth pattern due to the presence of steroids. In some patients this product has mimicked symptoms of respiratory distress much like asthma.
